1. Scope of Services

ETA Strategies LLC ("Funding ETA") operates as a commercial finance consulting and advisory brokerage. We connect commercial entities, entrepreneurs, and business owners with specialized institutional lenders, banks, and private capital providers.

Funding ETA is not a direct depository bank or government entity. We act as your authorized strategic funding intermediary to package, position, and present your financing request to qualified lenders.

2. Zero Upfront Fee Guarantee

In strict adherence to our Transparency principle, Funding ETA does not charge any upfront application fees, review fees, or evaluation charges to process pre-qualifications. You will never be asked to wire upfront money to receive loan offers.

3. Pre-Qualification & Soft Inquiries

Initial consultations, estimate quotes, and pre-qualification reviews conducted by Funding ETA do not constitute a hard credit inquiry and will not adversely affect your personal credit score. Formal lending applications submitted directly to specific institutional lenders may require formal verification subject to your prior authorization.

4. Client Accuracy & Representations

By submitting an application or intake request, you represent and warrant that all business revenues, ownership structures, and contact information provided are accurate, truthful, and lawful. Submission of fraudulent records will result in immediate termination of advisory services.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
